The heroine is much younger than the hero. Their Nikah (Islamic marriage contract) was performed when they were children, but the heroine does not know about it. Only the family is aware of this secret.
They belong to a traditional Pathan family and live in a joint family system. The hero is very strict and harsh, but strangely, he behaves this way only with the heroine. He does not treat his other cousins strictly. This confuses and hurts her deeply.
She often complains in front of the family, asking, “Why do you only scold or hit me? What have I done?” However, the family never says anything to the hero because they know she is actually his wife.
